How to find us
For appointments at the Royal South Hants
By car: If you are driving to us using a sat nav please use the postcode SO14 0YG. There are two patient car parks, car park A and car park F. These car parks require payment, and there is a number plate recognition system in operation.
Public transport: We are a 20 to 25 minute walk from Southampton Central station. The U6H and number 18 buses run from the train station to this hospital. Taxis are also usually available from the train station.
We are on level A of the Royal South Hants (RSH) hospital in Southampton. This is one level lower than the main entrance.
We do not have a receptionist behind the front desk. When you arrive, please check in by using the check-in screen, or by using the phone on the front desk.
Please note there are two audiology departments at the hospital. Check your appointment letter to ensure you go to the correct department. Routine adult audiology patients (age 16 and above) are likely to be seen by InHealth audiology, situated on Level B.
For appointments in our community clinics
Your child’s tier 2 hearing assessment may be at one of our community sites. Your letter will tell you which site to attend. For information about attending an appointment in the community, please visit our children's hearing services page.
