Welcome to UHS ICE (Integrated Clinical Environment) help pages where there is brief description of our ICE services and current projects. ICE enables electronic requesting and reporting benefits with your clinical service supplier system.   

We have a number of support documents (assets) at the bottom of this page to help. If any of our information needs updating then please use the relevant email above.

** In progress **
UHS will be working with our ICE service partners to test our new Laboratory System and ICE deployment commissioned within Southern Counties Pathology (SCP) network

** April 2022 **
ICE upgraded to v7.1.7 to enable MS EDGE  browser in IE compatibility mode

** Nov 2021 **
ICE Upgraded v6.4 to v7.1, main purpose was migration to new server platform and these are hosted at UHS

Specific issues with ICE download have been fixed though the fix is not retrospective to the result reported date. Please refer to the ICE download manual  for more detail in the assets section of this page. Note, downloaded reports can take a couple of hours to be available for your practice mailbox to collect as they are sent via the EDI/MESH service route
