We want your feedback

Access to blood results

You can now register with My medical record, provided by UHS. This is a secure, patient-owned record supporting you to help manage your healthcare, connect with your team and access information including reviewing your blood results, ultrasound results, clinic letters and appointment dates.

Access to clinic letters

You can review your clinic letters at My medical record and receive a printed copy.

Telephone clinics

We understood that coming to clinic at UHS, parking in our car parks then waiting in clinic was difficult and time comsuming.

We have now switched to a hybrid clinic format were we provide both face-to-face and telephone consultations.
