Cancer support for palliative care
Mountbatten Hampshire
Mountbatten Hampshire is a Southampton-based community and hospice end-of-life and palliative care provider. With a hospice in Southampton's West End, it also provides palliative and end-of-life care across large parts of Hampshire, 24/7. Formerly Countess Mountbatten Hospice, Mountbatten Hampshire is the county’s oldest and is the only hospice to support people in Southampton. Mountbatten Hampshire’s care at home team supports over 1,600 Hampshire residents in any one day, including in Eastleigh, Romsey and Winchester. Services include bereavement counselling for anyone who needs it, rehabilitation, support, advice, equipment provision, symptom management and the bright yellow community engagement vehicle, which is available to visit your community.
