Statement by CEO David French following the death of Her Majesty The Queen

We at University Hospital Southampton are deeply saddened by the news that Her Majesty The Queen has passed away.

Queen Elizabeth II has been an ever present part of our lives and will forever be remembered in our country’s history. For more than seventy years, she has embodied extraordinary and steadfast dedication to public service which is an inspiration for us all.

We offer our sincere condolences to the Royal Family at this time.
