Becoming a smoke free hospital - patient and visitor and community survey
UHS has begun work on becoming a smoke-free site. Led by chief medical officer Paul Grundy, a dedicated project team has been established to map out how a smoke-free site could be implemented at UHS.
The areas being discussed include supporting patients, staff and visitors with the transition, considering the layout and challenges of the UHS site and the impact on our immediate and wider community.
To help shape our plan we are inviting members of our community to take part in a survey so that we can properly understand the views of everyone who has an interest in the implementation of a smoke-free estate.
If you would like to take part in the survey, please click on this link to be redirected to survey site gthr.
