My Medical Record’s integration with the NHS App will be going live on Monday, 19 February.

On Monday, 19 February My Medical Record’s integration with the NHS App will be going live.

This means that UHS patients with a My Medical Record account will be able to see details of their outpatient appointments in the NHS app, alongside information about their referrals.

This integration is an additional service on top of what My Medical Record already provides patients in Southampton. Patients will still be able to use My Medical Record as they always have, for example to view details of their appointments, access documents, see their blood test results or access condition specific content.

Any UHS patient with an NHS Login that hasn’t used My Medical Record before, can easily sign-in by visiting https://mymedicalrecord.uhs.nhs.uk, clicking ‘LOG IN’ and then ‘Continue to NHS Login’. Anyone without an NHS Login can sign-up for one here https://www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login
