This service will be open on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
- Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 10pm
- Weekends and bank holidays, 8am to 10pm
The last patient is accepted at 9.30pm. Find out more on www.royalsouthhantsutc.nhs.uk.
Not sure where to go?
NHS 111 is a free-to-call helpline that is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Call 111 if:
- you need medical help fast, but it’s not a life threatening emergency
- you don’t know who to call, you’re not registered at a GP or your GP practice is closed
- you are unsure if you need to go to emergency department
- you need medical advice or reassurance about what to do next
Where possible, advisers can book you an appointment or transfer your call to the service you need. If they think you need an ambulance, they will arrange for one to be sent to you.
You can also use the 111 service through textphone by calling 18001 111 or via the website 111.nhs.uk.
