The UHS open evening and annual members' meeting takes place on Thursday 21 November from 6:30pm.

Held it in person for the first time since 2019, the annual members' meeting will include key highlights from the annual report and accounts presented by our executive team, plus the opportunity to speak to several UHS teams as part of an open evening.

Representatives from experience of care; the patient support hub; research and development; the targeted lung health programme; the carers support service, our quality and patient safety partners, plus other teams are confirmed to attend the exhibition, so this is your opportunity to find out how they can help you look after your health and how to get involved in shaping your hospitals.

Several of your local governor representatives will be attending for you to tell them your views and ideas for the future of your Trust.

Light refreshments will be served.
