UKALL2011 Regimen C maintenance cycle weeks 1, 5 and 9

• C1 with intrathecals, with pulses
• C2 with intrathecals, no pulses
• C3 no intrathecals, with pulses
• C4 no pulses, no intrathecals (except for T-ALL WCC > 100)
