The Healthier Together website and app have been developed with parents, GPs, hospital staff, ambulance services and pharmacists and offers information on many common childhood conditions.
They have been designed to support you to manage less serious illnesses and provides information that will help you to recognise when you need to take your child to the doctor.

Who else can help
Local pharmacists can advise on the appropriate over-the-counter medicines that are suitable for children. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for over the phone advice and will signpost you to appropriate healthcare services when required. In an emergency you should visit the emergency department or call 999.
