What is Close The Loop?

Close The Loop is a fully integrated pathway for children living with type 1 diabetes, families, and clinicians to make shared decisions together when choosing diabetes technology.

We have been using our new pathway at Southampton Children's Hospital since August 2024. Our next step is to develop this into a website that allows more families and hospitals in the UK to benefit from our resources.
