Experience
Dr Ito is employed by Solent NHS Trust and has had an honorary contract at University Hospital Southampton since September 2013.
She works closely with community teams in the east of Southampton to ensure there is continuity of care both in and out of hospital for her patients. Her work in the community primarily involves seeing housebound older people at home, to provide comprehensive geriatric assessments and falls assessments.
Dr Ito is also working on developing closer links with her primary care colleagues.
