Dr Coleman is a senior gastroenterologist with an interest in general and acute gastroenterology.

Experience
Dr Coleman has worked for the Trust since July 2004. He is one of four consultants delivering the acute gastroenterology inpatient service (gastroenterology outreach). He also undertakes specialist outpatient clinics, and diagnostic upper and lower gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy.

- Lead clinician for the department of gastroenterology (2014 to 2019)
- Founding member of gastroenterology outreach service
- Development of virtual triage for gastroenterology outpatient referrals
