Dr Shepherd is a consultant radiologist who specialises in oncological (cancer) imaging.

Experience
Dr Shepherd joined the Trust in 2007, and has worked as a consultant oncological radiologist since 2014.
She has expertise in using a wide range of imaging techniques used to diagnose and manage cancers. Her specialist interests include whole body MR (magnetic resonance) imaging, head and neck cancer, thyroid disease, sarcoma and gynaecological imaging.
Research
Dr Shepherd has been lead author and co-author for several publications on diagnostic radiology and radiology training.
