My medical record

My medical record is a personal health record provided by University Hospital Southampton. There is a dermatology pathway with secure messaging and photo upload availability. Please note that this is only available to patients who have already been seen in the dermatology clinic, not those waiting to be seen following a new referral.

  Changing Faces provides a skin camouflage service for those living with visible skin conditions including scars. They also provided counselling and online support. Patients can self-refer to this service.
