Medicines formulary

As a partner organisation of the NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System, University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust follows the NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Formulary.

This joint formulary provides a list of medicines available for routine prescribing or those available within certain criteria for all NHS organisations within the ICS.
