Breast Cancer Now: Moving Forward courses

If you've had a breast cancer diagnosis in the last two years, and would like support with moving forward, these courses are for you.

The courses are run by the charity Breast Cancer Now and aim to support people who are adapting to life after treatment. This might mean advice on side effects, help with adopting a healthier lifestyle, or just talking with others in a similar position to make sense of your experience with cancer. The courses are delivered by expert speakers, and topics may include:

  • healthy eating
  • exercise
  • managing menopausal symptoms
  • lymphoedema
  • cancer fatigue
  • intimacy and relationships.

The courses take place over half a day, once a week for three or four weeks. You should try to attend all sessions. For more information including dates and to register your interest, please see the Breast Cancer Now website.
