We're one of the largest diagnostic units in the country, with some of the most advanced equipment. This allows our specialists to evaluate the condition of your heart and diagnose any problems.

Our team also looks after people who have been fitted with devices, such as pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). Because we're the largest centre in the country for remote data management, our patients are able to download information from their devices at home and send it straight to us for checking.

How to find us

Our reception desk is on E level, East Wing at Southampton General Hospital. We're open from 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

To find us, please come in the main entrance to the hospital. Turn left at the end of the row of shops, and follow signs for ‘North Wing / East Wing’. Continue along the corridor until you come to a set of lifts, signed ‘East Wing lifts’. Take the lifts or stairs to E level. We're immediately to the right as you come out of the East Wing lift area.
