Routine surgery

Routine surgery means operations that we carry out daily, and includes:

Specialist surgery

This includes:

• ascending and descending aortic surgery
• off pump coronary artery bypass grafting
• transcatheter aortic valve implantation
• sutureless aortic valve surgery
• redo surgery, for patients who have had past cardiac surgery.

We also have a dedicated congenital team providing specialist corrective surgery.
