Ways you can share your feedback with us

Patient, family, carer and visitors’ feedback is extremely valuable to us at University Hospital Southampton. Our core values are Patients First, Working Together and Always Improving, all of which rely on you letting us know how we did and how we can improve!

The Patient, Friends and Family Test

If you came to UHS recently as a patient or otherwise, you should have been offered an FFT (the Patient, Friends and Family Test). This is a survey all healthcare settings in England run and if you weren’t offered it at the time, we would really appreciate you filling it out now so we can learn from your experience. Involved Patients

Another great way to share your feedback with us is by becoming an Involved Patient. You will be added to a mailing list where service improvement projects are promoted for you to get involved in. We aim to send out no more than one email per week and these can include Trust-wide projects like the Clinical 5 Year Strategy and hospital signage, as well as smaller, service-specific work like improving how departments send out their letters.
